I'm Blanche, a 26-year-old self-taught baker with a passion for creating delicious, comforting baked goods. Originally from Brussels, Belgium, I've been living in the vibrant city of London for the past 12 years.

My journey into the world of baking began out of a desire to bring the rich, creamy flavours of my childhood to my new home.

What started as a hobby to share with friends and colleagues soon turned into a burgeoning business. I began by baking birthday cakes and treats for those close to me, and before I knew it, people were offering to pay for my creations.

Balancing a full-time job with my growing baking passion was challenging, but incredibly rewarding. Today, I’ve decided to take the plunge and expand Bosman Baking beyond just my inner circle.

I’m excited to share my love for baking with a wider audience and thrilled to see where this journey will take me.

My goal is to bring a little piece of joy and comfort to your taste buds with every bite, creating moments of sweetness that warm your heart.
